Marco Hobbensiefken
Was involved in some very large urban projects as developer and manager. In 2006 he was awarded the degree ‘Master City Developer’ from the TU Delft and the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Marco devises creative solutions in an integrated manner in order to get the maximum yield from land development queries. He has a keen eye for distinguishing architecture and urban development. He is responsible within Blijvend Goed for the vision and sustainable translation into plan concepts up to and including execution.
Arnoud de Neve
Arnoud de Neve is a marketing man in heart and sole. Leads a successful marketing office with a specialization in area- and real estate communication. He is responsible within Blijvend Goed for positioning market- and target group research, area promotion, city marketing, sales strategies, information and stakeholder communication. His most important motive? The emotion and wishes of clients fitting in optimally with project plans and concepts.
Stephan van Gils
The financial man. Has been working for 15 years as the Director-owner of a firm of accountants and knows like no other the financial and legal side of real estate. Thinks and calculates at an early stage as to the feasibility of a transaction or plan development whether this involves residences or office space. Has an extensive network in the financial world of investors and tax specialists to mortgage lenders. He is responsible within Blijvend Goed for feasibility analyses, financial problems and foundations, value determination, legal frameworks and contracts.

Blijvend Goed to enter into strategic collaboration with Progam Bouwmanagement
Progam Bouwmanagement is a preferred supplier of Blijvend Goed from now on. Progam is specialised in the co-ordination of the entire construction process, quality control and in optimising the negotiations with the various parties. Agreement for plan vision with municipality of Noord-Beveland
Blijvend Goed, in co-operation with the municipality of Noord-Beveland, is to set to work on developing a plan vision for Wissenkerke. Goal: making the centre more attractive. The plan comprises upgrading the outdoor surroundings on the one hand and partially redeveloping and expanding the retail accommodations on the other. An initial exploratory spacial survey is currently underway. A retail survey was conducted in co-operation with Kardol Consultancy in order to assess the opportunities in the region with regard to the new centre. READ MORE >
