Developments on our own initiative

Blijvend Goed works under commission, but also on its own initiative and at its own risk and expense. As a passionate developer, we enjoy creating the room that allows our vision on real estate to yield a maximum return. We spot the needs and opportunities of municipalities and companies in an early stage, or we breathe new life into already existing (and often stranded) plans. We combine our expertise in commercial real estate, the retail sector and regional development with our financial and commercial know-how and a huge network of our own. This enables us to get developments going that have an added value for the users, environment and the municipality. Aiming towards a win-win situation of this kind is a standard value in our approach. As is the focus on communication beforehand and in the course of development projects. Because support and commitment make your plans truly solid.
