Blijvend Goed combines expertise within the commercial real estate sector, retail and regional development. We work under commission – and on our own initiative and at our own risk and expense – but always from a clear perspective concerning a need or an opportunity for a certain area. We function in that respect as an appraisal advisor, creative cell, a spider in the web or a booster of plans and developments. Blijvend Goed works in an unorthodox and innovating fashion: we integrate research, creativity, design, communications, management and finance. We reach as far as the horizon: the sustainability of the projects - in every possible respect – is the main aim. The focus of all of our activities is aspiring towards an optimal social climate, now and for the generations to come. Read more

Blijvend Goed to enter into strategic collaboration with Progam Bouwmanagement
Blijvend Goed to enter into strategic collaboration with Progam Bouwmanagement
Progam Bouwmanagement is a preferred supplier of Blijvend Goed from now on. Progam is specialised in the co-ordination of the entire construction process, quality control and in optimising the negotiations with the various parties. Progam has been active on the Dutch market since 1989. The company mainly focuses on technology, both in terms of structure as well as installation. Progam is to become a significant pivot for Blijvend Goed in the contacts and the co-ordination process with construction companies and other technical suppliers, and furthermore in working out the technical details with architects. An important spearhead in the collaboration concerns the observance of the Guarantee protocol that Blijvend Goed has developed.
Progam Bouwmanagement is meanwhile active in four projects: the expansion of the centre location Ouddorp, the plan vision for the centre location Sprang-Capelle, the redevelopment of centre location Wissekerke and the tendering procedure for the Villavenue project on Aruba.

Agreement for plan vision with municipality of Noord-Beveland
Agreement for plan vision with municipality of Noord-Beveland
Blijvend Goed, in co-operation with the municipality of Noord-Beveland, is to set to work on developing a plan vision for Wissenkerke. Goal: making the centre more attractive. The plan comprises upgrading the outdoor surroundings on the one hand and partially redeveloping and expanding the retail accommodations on the other. An initial exploratory spacial survey is currently underway. A retail survey was conducted in co-operation with Kardol Consultancy in order to assess the opportunities in the region with regard to the new centre. The results were recently presented to the municipal council. One of the activities of Blijvend Goed concerns the development as planned. |

Hema to open its doors in sub-plan Dorpstienden Ouddorp
Blijvend Goed completed the initial development of the Dorpstienden project at the end of November 2009. This concerns a total of three life-proof apartments situated above 500 m2 of shop space. The apartments have meanwhile been offered for sale and some have been sold. A contract was recently entered into concerning the establishment of a (franchise-) branch of the Hema in the shop space. It is meanwhile impossible to imagine the centre of Ouddorp without this department store since its official opening by alderman Ton Admiraal. Blijvend Goed, Hema and the municipality worked closely together in order to make the establishment of the Hema-branch possible.

Corporate campaign Blijvend Goed
Blijvend Goed has experienced a considerable growth in the past years. We have given shape to our vision more and more during the years and we have considerably expanded our portfolio. We have meanwhile proven that we are capable of handling the most varied spacial issues. We are to communicate this strength in a campaign in the years to come. The campaign emphasises our all-round expert know-how and puts our passion for development in the spotlight. A central aspect concerns a photograph campaign that features a large cube as a symbol of our spacial brainpower. The cube is shown in a variety of settings, each of which refer to one of our fields of operation. What makes the campaign special is that many of the images were shot at locations (or in the vicinity of locations) where we are actually active. We want to continue along this avenue in the years to come, and so the campaign will literally grow along with us!
Enjoy a sneak preview of the campaign images. We plan to present the entire series during the festive opening of our new office in the spring of 2010, at the same time that we will present our company profile.

Blijvend groen - Permanently Green
The world is changing. Sustainable construction has the future. Blijvend Goed has already embraced this future. We realise that construction is one of the sectors that greatly draws on our natural resources, precisely the resources that are becoming increasingly scarce. This knowledge is the reason why we take the generations to come into account.
There are various ways to achieve that. Such as opting for materials that are less damaging to the environment. Or opting for energy-saving or even energy-neutral homes and buildings. But also: considering how to realise neighbourhoods and regions that are future-proof and that will still be sought-after many years from now. This focus on sustainability is inherent in all of our activities. Because the homes, shops and offices of tomorrow are green. Permanently Green.
