Situation
Blijvend Goed has developed a planning vision for the economic optimization of the site at the request of / in collaboration with a private party who owns several adjacent real-estate positions (homes/stores) in Midtown NY. The real estate is situated at one of the most prestigious locations in NY, near Fifth Avenue at the level of the 'Golden Corners'. Blijvend Goed has outsourced the design concept to the New York architects’ office Archi-Tectonics. The founder and owner of Archi-Tectonics is Netherlands-born architect Winka Dubbeldam.
Our contribution
Blijvend Goed is responsible for the overall planning vision, the definitive plan of action and
acquisition (management).
Design
- design vision within the zoning plan guidelines (homes, stores, catering and offices)
- formulate a design commission and select architects
- supervise the development of the definitive design
Analysis and advice
- economic underpinning
- market survey and target group analyses in collaboration with local partners
- financial advice and management
Execution
- visual and technical development of the planning vision/design vision in collaboration with Archi-Tectonics
- acquisition plan for investors, operators (in preparation phase)
