Situation
The Wijnhaveneiland in Rotterdam is a special location on the Meuse. A luxury residential tower is being built right next to the Waterstadtoren: the Scheepmakerstoren. The building is slender and has a special recognizable top.
Our contribution
Blijvend Goed supports the plan development, the design phase and the execution. The shape of the building fits perfectly with the urban development rules of the Wijnhaveneiland. The clustering with the Waterstadtoren is also geared to the law.
