Situation
A local land owner has commissioned Blijvend Goed to develop a planning vision for an area measuring approximately 7 hectares on the west coast of St. Maarten. An optimal lay-out in which water features and vegetation play a central role will form the background for a unique project consisting of (holiday) apartments, commercial premises and parking space.
Our contribution
Blijvend Goed will develop the vision for the area and the design.
Design
- planning concept and design program (living, shopping, leisure, infrastructure/parking)
- landscape plan
Analysis and advice
- economic underpinning (currently in progress)
- target group analysis
- feasibility analysis (currently in progress)
Execution
- visual and technical development of the planning concept
- support acquisition participants
