Assignment Area development
Situation Having acquired a section of land of Aruba (Westpunt), an allotment plan, design concept (homes and landscape) and a feasibility analysis have been developed. The elaborated plans, consisting of 30 homes, will provide an indication of the definitive planning and serve as a discussion document for negotiations with: real estate agents, government, interior architects and construction companies and other stakeholders. Our contribution
Blijvend Goed is responsible for the development and elaboration of the market vision, including creative, technical and financial/legal aspects. Blijvend Goed is also responsible in phase two for the complete management through to tendering to construction companies. This project is being developed in accordance with the Blijvend Goed Design, Management en Build Protocol.
