Situation
Former business premises are being replaced by residential properties on the Sliedrechtse Watertorenterrein. Orientation on the river plays an important role in re-assignment. This is made possible by the clever allocation of plots and new lines of sight to the river. A lowered “boardwalk” is being placed along the quay. The water towers are being repaired and given a new function.

Our contribution
Blijvend Goed supervises the transformation of the land from industrial area to residential area. Work will start in 2008.

  • creating environmental ambition (with consideration for quality of living and the environment)
  • testing according to the policy frameworks (allocation plan, framework memorandum, living vision)

  • presentation, design and PR
Management and development
  • starting the ground development for the entire area
  • setting up a phasing plan
  • communication with those concerned (owners of properties on the Rivierdijk)
